Our Story
Farrand Digital was built on a simple idea. Local businesses deserve the same tools that big companies use. Most of them just need someone to set it up and run it for them.
Chad Farrand spent years in the trades, eight years in commercial floor cleaning and two years in furniture repair, so he knows what it costs when your online presence doesn't match the quality of your work. A weak website or no website at all loses you the customer before they ever pick up the phone.
That's actually how this business started. While building Furniture Fresh, Chad struggled to get his own jobs, so he built his own website, a real one that actually brought in work. That's when it clicked, a real website is the difference between a business that's booked out and one that's scraping by.
Chad's also always had a thing for plants, gardening, and good quality food and products. That's part of why he loves working with plant shops, florists, bakeries, and specialty vendors too, he gets what it's like to build something people fall in love with in person, and how much that first impression online matters before anyone walks through the door.
He still runs Furniture Fresh LLC in the Fenton and Flint area. When he says he understands what small business owners deal with, he means it.
